1. What challenges did you encounter in the course of your MSCA fellowship?
I had some troubles with finding and understanding the rules and regulations of the funding structure, budget allocation, and compliance requirements from both the MSCA guidelines and in combination with other potential funding sources.
2. How do you think the IMPACT program has helped your career?
The IMPACT program played an important role in establishing myself as an early-career researcher. The emphasis on the business and societal impact within the fellowship training sessions, helped me to formulate the relevance and applicability of my work to a broader extent. This, coupled with the support and resources from the fellowship, significantly contributed to obtaining long-term funding and recognition as a young researcher.
