challenge > growth > future direction
Given my previous research journey, I was mainly focused on pure research, without considering its business potential or its ability to generate economic value. The most transformative moment of this fellowship occurred when I was required to develop a startup pitch for the trainers. This experience fundamentally shifted my perspective, from conducting research solely for academic purposes to thinking about how research can be translated into real-world solutions. It helped me realize that impactful research often requires additional skills, particularly in showcasing solutions to real problems.

The IMPACT program placed me in a new and unfamiliar challenge, pushing me to acquire skills that were not previously part of my career goals, and this experience has reshaped how I envision my future path.
